About
I’m Krystal Luu (she/her), a ceramicist and student art therapist working on Dharug Country in Western Sydney, Australia. My practice moves between clay and conversation, creating handmade ceramic vessels and facilitating art-based therapy sessions that support reflection, regulation, and connection.
As a neurodivergent, second-generation refugee, I know what it means to navigate multiple worlds. That experience sits at the heart of my work - attentive to nuance, to what’s said and unsaid, and to the spaces in between. Working in community services and non-profit spaces for most of my career has shown me how often creative expression becomes a bridge back to connection, to ourselves and also to eachother.
Whether through a handmade cup or a shared session, my hope is that you leave with a steadier relationship to yourself and feel more resourced to show up in your relationships and communities.
I love co-creating workshops, gatherings, and retreats. If you’re dreaming something up, or would like to explore creative-based therapy, I’d love to hear from you.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me in the studio developing new ceramic pieces, learning a new medium, playing DND with friends, or camping whenever I can.
